Practitioner Diploma in Business Quality Excellence

TCS training programs are developed in line with international standards, industry regulations, and best practices, and are recognized by relevant accrediting bodies. The Practitioner Diploma in Business Quality Excellence is a comprehensive training program designed to develop professionals who can drive quality as a core business function rather than a standalone compliance task.

This course supports individuals in building advanced knowledge of quality systems, tools, and improvement techniques while developing a strategic mindset toward quality leadership. It emphasizes the integration of quality into business operations, risk management, auditing, customer and supplier relations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Combining theory with practical application, the course prepares participants to implement, maintain, and continuously enhance quality management systems tailored to their organizational needs. Suitable for professionals across various industries—including oil & gas, construction, manufacturing, and services—it equips learners to contribute to operational excellence and sustainable business success.

Training is interactive, can be delivered in multiple languages, and includes practical exercises and assessments.

To successfully complete the training, participants are required to achieve an average score of 60 or above out of 100.

If participants hold a diploma from an initial formal education program, they become eligible to receive an internationally recognized "Further Education Diploma in Business Quality Excellence."

  • Participants with an average score between 81–100 will be awarded the "Further Education Diploma in Business Quality Excellence with Distinction."
  • Participants with an average score between 60–80 will be awarded the "Further Education Diploma in Business Quality Excellence."
  • Participants with an average score below 60 but above 40 lose the right to receive a diploma with distinction but are granted one opportunity to retake the exam to earn the diploma.
